As the competition entered the penultimate day of Week 7, Team Falcons maintained a dominant lead with 4,160 points. Their closest rivals, Team Liquid from the Netherlands, saw their championship aspirations dashed after falling short in the Tekken8 tournament. Meanwhile, Team Vitality also exited the race after failing to progress in the StarCraft II event, confirming Team Falcons’ insurmountable lead.
The victory sparked jubilant celebrations among the home crowd, marking a historic moment in the Kingdom’s burgeoning esports scene.
