Dandelooo, the Emmy Award-winning French animation production and distribution company, has inked a significant deal with Dream Factory Studio from Korea for their latest original preschool series titled “PongPong Dino.” The agreement, masterfully negotiated by the newly appointed international sales & acquisitions manager Hyeo Jin Moon, grants Dandelooo exclusive global distribution rights for the CGI animated show, with the exception of China, South Korea, and CIS territories.
Directed by Tacken Chae and produced by Dream Factory Studio, “PongPong Dino” is a 52-episode series targeting children aged two to four. The show promises to whisk young viewers into a whimsical world where food transforms into playful adventures. It aims to cultivate children’s interest in a diverse range of foods while challenging any preconceived notions they might hold about nutrition, fostering a more open-minded approach to eating.
Expressing her excitement about the acquisition, Hyeo Jin Moon stated, “We’re thrilled to have acquired this scrumptious educational program! Brace yourselves for a mouthwatering adventure filled with laughter, learning, and tantalizing discoveries! Get ready to indulge in every moment of this delectable journey as we dive headfirst into a feast for the imagination with this fun and creative series which kids will love.”
Dream Factory CEO Mac Kim shared his enthusiasm for “PongPong Dino,” describing it as a valuable tool for children’s emotional and experiential learning through play. “It is an animation that parents can confidently show to children to convey a positive message that encourages autonomy: a message of ‘try anything’ instead of ‘don’t do this.’ Meet Pongpong Dino, who learns by playing joyfully with all senses,” he said.
In “PongPong Dino,” five adventurous kids—Momo, Titi, Po, Tutu, and Kaka—embark on a remarkable journey filled with giant watermelons to swim in, bouncy mushroom trampolines to jump on, juicy lemons to use as water guns, and even stretchy cheese for jump rope. Encouraging children to explore the world of food using their five senses and creative mindsets, the series breaks barriers and fosters a sense of culinary curiosity.
With such a captivating premise, “PongPong Dino” is poised to become a favorite among preschoolers worldwide, promising wholesome entertainment with a side of valuable life lessons.
