Prime Video has unveiled its latest adult animation anthology series, Secret Level, set to debut on December 10. The series, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, is spearheaded by Tim Miller and Blur Studio, the creative forces behind Love, Death + Robots. This highly anticipated series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in 240 countries and territories worldwide, as revealed during the Gamescom Opening Night Live global livestream.
Secret Level promises to be a groundbreaking anthology, weaving together 15 original short stories set within the worlds of some of the most iconic video games. “Each episode will take our global Prime Video customers on a brand-new journey with breathtaking animation and imaginative storytelling,” said Vernon Sanders, head of television at Amazon MGM Studios.
The series features the largest-ever collection of game IPs within a single show, including titles such as Armored Core, Concord, Crossfire, Dungeons & Dragons, Exodus, Honor of Kings, Mega Man, New World: Aeternum, PAC-MAN, PlayStation (highlighting various PlayStation Studios entities), Sifu, Spelunky, The Outer Worlds, Unreal Tournament, and Warhammer 40,000.
Created and executive produced by Tim Miller, with Dave Wilson serving as executive producer and supervising director, Secret Level is set to offer fans an immersive experience that bridges the gap between gaming and animation.
