UNIT Studios has recently announced the appointment of Angus Berryman, formerly of JAM VFX, as their new Longform VFX Producer. Berryman’s role will involve spearheading upcoming film and television projects at the studio, augmenting their recent accomplishments which include providing comprehensive picture post-production services for esteemed productions like The Tourist season 2, Grantchester, VERA, and the upcoming BBC series This Town, created by Steven Knight.
With a notable five-year tenure at JAM VFX, Berryman brings with him a wealth of experience garnered from a diverse array of film and television endeavors. His portfolio includes contributions to prominent titles such as Detectorists (BBC), Sexy Beast (Paramount+), Somewhere Boy (Netflix), Without Sin (ITV), and Worzel Gummidge (BBC), among others. Notably, his involvement in projects like The Portrait, nominated for the 2023 Best UK Feature at Raindance, underscores his prowess within the industry.
Berryman’s clientele roster boasts major industry players like Netflix, Paramount+, BBC, ITV, Sky, Left Bank Pictures, Clerkenwell Films, and Amazon Prime, attesting to his established rapport and credibility within the field.
